Cancellations, Returns & Exchanges


If you would like to cancel your contract of purchase, you may choose one of the following two options:

  • Cancelling a purchase by way of return.

Your cancelation of purchase will automatically take effect if the item is returned within  14 days from the date your order arrived. 

  • Cancelling a purchase in written form

You have 14 days after delivery to cancel your contract of purchase in written form by sending us an email. If you are within the Federal Republic of Austria or the EU, you can use the sample cancellation form. For further information, please see our terms and conditions. Once you have informed us, please return the items within 14 days.


Once your returned good has been received, your refund will be processed to your original payment method, including shipping costs (excluding additional shipping costs that result from choosing a different shipping option, other than the regular standard shipping option that we offer). Refunds can take up to 14 days to show in your account, depending on your payment provider.

You have to pay for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling of the goods that is not necessary for testing the quality, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

Returns in connection with cancellation 

  • All items must be returned in their original condition, without having been worn (except tried on/quality checks), washed or altered, and with tags still attached. Please make sure to include all item boxes and dust bags with your return.

  • All goods can be returned in the same parcel. When returning items that arrived in separate parcels, you can pack them into one parcel.

  • If return shipments are made by using the same service as for the original delivery, the shipment costs are covered by LidaLida.

  • If the return is made from outside of Austria/the EU, the return may not be free of charge (in this case, import and shipping fees will be charged at your own expense).

  • Your refund will be credited to the original payment method. We reserve the right to withhold the reimbursement until we have received and checked the returned items for potential damages.


Items can be exchanged under the following conditions:

  • We can only exchange non-faulty items that are in their original condition, have not been worn (except tried on/quality checks), altered or washed, and have all tags still attached. Please make sure to include all item boxes and dust bags with your return.

  • It is only possible to exchange the same item for a different size. We cannot exchange items for a different color or a different item altogether.

  • All items wished to be exchanged must be returned in one package – we reserve the right to refuse multiple returns from one order sent at different times.

  • Exchange shipments must be made using the same service as for the original delivery.

  • We can only accept exchanges from the country to which an order was originally shipped, for example, orders delivered to Germany must be returned from Germany. If the exchange is made outside of Austria/EU, the return is not free of charge (import and shipping fees will be charged at your own expense).

How to return or exchange

When returning your items, please include any accessories, branded boxes or bags that came with your order. If anything is damaged or missing from your return, you may not receive your refund. 

If you wish to exchange your item(s), please contact our Customer Care team to check on the availability of the sizes and reserve the new desired size; and follow the steps mentioned below. Once we have received and processed your return, we will ship the exchanged item(s).


Submit a return request

Click the profile icon in the store's navigation, or click on the link below to request a return:

1. Log in to your account:

1. In the Email field, enter your email address, and then click Continue.

2. In your email account, open the email sent from our store and copy the six-digit verification code included in the email.

3. Go back to the online store, and then enter a six-digit verification code.

2. Click the order that you want to submit the return for.

3. If your order has more than one item, then select the items that you want to return.

4. Select a return reason and add a note for the store.

5. Click Request return. If your return request is approved and requires shipping, then you receive an email with shipping instructions and a return shipping label. 


Please insert the item(s) you wish to return in the original packaging.


Please close the package securely and attach the returns label to the package.


Drop off your labeled package at your nearest parcel shop.


Once we have received the returned item(s), we will confirm your refund as soon as it has been processed.
